The topic of the presentation was what to do for your application after you launch. With the focus being on promotion, customer support, and updates.
For those in the Rochester area, the Imagine RIT festival is taking place tomorrow at my alma mater. I am not presenting, but will be there. Also I have helped advise some students with integrating their projects with the PlayBook.
For those planning their schedules today at BlackBerry 10 Jam, I would like to remind you that my session is this afternoon at 4:45 in the BC Salon XI room. The title of the talk is “COM102 – Supporting your App after release”, but it will include a complete look at what it takes to succeed as a BlackBerry developer. Come and find out what was lead to success in the past, and what you need to do in order to find success in the future with BlackBerry10.
I am currently making my way to Orlando, Florida for BlackBerry 10 Jam, and BlackBerry World.

I will be pitching an idea for a new app, but based on the typical number of pitches at these type of events mine only has a one in three chance of being selected. I hope to meet some great people this weekend.
Tomorrow I will be presenting at the free BarCamp Rochester conference. I am planing on grabbing a slot during the post-lunch lightning talks.

Some people can’t decide between attending BlackBerry World, and BlackBerry 10 Jam, so below I have made a simple decision tree to help figure out which is the right event for you.
Tomorrow I will be at BarCamp Rochester. While I am not currently planning on giving a presentation, I hope to learn some interesting things, and look forwards to meeting everyone there. If you find me I would be more then happy to take some time to talk.
I am arriving today in San Fransisco for BlackBerry DevCon. This is my first time at DevCon, and I am looking forwards to it. If you run into me at the event, as always, I would be more than happy to talk.
Tomorrow I will be at the BBM Hackathon in Toronto. I look forwards to meeting the other developers, so please say hi if you will be there. The BBM SDK is still awesome so hopefully we see some really nice apps come out of it.
I am now officially scheduled to attend BlackBerry DevCon in San Fransisco this October. This will be my first time at this event, and am looking forwards to it. For everyone who will be there, I would be more then happy to find some time to talk to you.
This morning I am off to the BBM Hackathon in New York City. I am honestly not sure what will be going on the next few days, but I am confident that it is going to be fun. To everyone else who will be there I look forward to hanging out with you.
